This posting is for several Journey Line Worker positions across Central New Jersey with Jersey Central Power and Light, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. [JCPL]

Jersey Central Power & Light is hiring eight experienced Journey Line workers for multiple locations in New Jersey. Available locations are the following, Freehold, Old Bridge, Cookstown, Long Branch, Lakewood, Berkeley, Union Beach, Point Pleasant, and Farmingdale. 

Journey Line Worker: $61.32 / Troubleman: $63.96

Responsibilities Include:

Under general supervision, engages in any work of construction, maintenance and repair of transmission and distribution lines.

Demonstrating a solid commitment to all aspects of safety.

Installing and removing poles, installing and changing insulator assemblies, stringing, splicing and tying in conductors.
