As part of this commitment, we are recruiting a Transformation Officer to strengthen transformation, service improvement, finalising collaboration and preparation for Local Government Reorganisation. This role is employed by Waverley Borough Council but working across both Waverley and Guildford Borough Councils.

This post offers a unique opportunity to design, develop and deliver business transformation and improvement projects in the council’s Collaboration, Service Improvement and Transformation functions. You will use project management methodologies to put processes in place and explain to stakeholders how processes work. You will demonstrate a consistent and considered approach that confidently helps change projects move from concepts to completion helping with each step of those journeys.
