The Role

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Workshop Supervisor to lead our skilled team in our busy Park Royal workshop. You will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure the highest standards of joinery production, and play a key role in delivering exceptional bespoke fit‑out solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the joinery workshop, including a team of joiners, machinists, and support staff.
