Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all phases of joinery and fitout projects ensuring quality schedule and budget goals are met.
- Review and interpret technical drawings joinery shop drawings and project plans.
- Coordinate with clients designers architects and main contractors to ensure project specifications and expectations are fully aligned.
- Supervise and monitor the manufacturing and installation processes ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage production teams subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules track progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure all health & safety quality and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
