Role Purpose

To lead the estimating function for joinery works by preparing accurate, competitive, and commercially viable cost estimates. The role ensures projects are priced strategically, risks are identified early, and tender submissions are delivered to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery, cabinetry, and fit-out works.
• Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Perform material take-offs and labor calculations.
• Develop cost plans and budget forecasts.

• Maintain and update cost databases and pricing libraries.
