Your new role Deliver a professional joinery and maintenance service across Housing Executive properties, ensuring high standards, safety compliance, and excellent customer service in line with NIHE values.
Joinery & Maintenance Work Carry out joinery tasks including kitchens, doors, windows, flooring, roofing, fencing, plasterboard/dry lining, guttering and general repairs.
Perform associated works such as painting and finishing.
Undertake basic multi-trade tasks (e.g.
plastering, plumbing, tiling) where required.
Customer Service Provide a high-quality, customer-focused service.
Communicate with tenants to arrange access and explain works.
Ensure safety of occupants, particularly vulnerable tenants.
