2x Joiner - Property Maintenance

Greater Belfast Area Mallusk
 Grade 4
 Hours:Fulltime37 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm Friday 8am - 1pm 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiners to join a busy Property Maintenance team delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across the Greater Belfast area. 
This is a varied, hands-on role involving maintenance, repairs, installations, and general joinery works across a wide range of council properties and outdoor facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out all aspects of joinery work including installation, maintenance, and repairs
Work on doors, windows, flooring, kitchens, roofing structures, staircases, fencing, playground equipment, and outdoor fixtures
Support planned and reactive maintenance programmes
Repair and maintain alley gates, litter bins, signage,...
