JOB DETAILS
1. Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Following call centre βscriptsβ when handling different topics
3. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
4. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions suggesting information about other products and services.
5. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and
working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
6. Update customer information in the customer Sales & Service database during the call
7. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of
inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
8. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all Enquiry, Complaints, Requests
and Queries received
9. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
