JOB DETAILS
Manage the MD's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the MD
Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, relaying messages and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and material preparation
Conduct research and gather information necessary for decision-making and strategic planning
Assist the MD in managing confidential matters and ensure discretion and professionalism at all times
Handle incoming and outgoing communications and prioritize their urgency and importance
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and handling office supplies
