JOB DETAILS

Responsible for developing franchisee partners, expanding business through existing franchise outlets.
Present business plans with potential clients and negotiate terms and conditions of exclusive brand outlet franchisee agreement.

Liaising with projects for designs, layouts, fit outs, merchandising team, marketing team, Logistics team, designers, consultants and senior management in respect to new store openings.

Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to sales processes.

Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports.

Works closely with the Management on strategic initiatives to achieve goals.

Finalization of all Franchises & guiding them, explaining ROI to them, helping out to the franchise owner to set up the Store.
