We are looking for motivated, hardworking people to join our exciting team at our new office in Torremolinos. Our Call Centre team supports our members 24 hours a day, providing peace of mind they have somewhere to turn at the touch of a button. As well as the management of other healthcare data, we provide a support structure that our members and the members of our partners rely on.
The role's main purpose is to manage existing members as needed and to input healthcare data on a regular basis.
Answer incoming calls from members and potential customers, assist in taking orders, provide translation over the phone, liaise with the Emergency services, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information where necessary.
