Position Overview
Detail:Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support end-to-end project implementation, from concept through to execution and post-implementation review
Analyse existing processes to identify efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and productivity gains
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain
Develop and optimise process flows, layouts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
Utilise data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and track performance improvements Requirements:
BEng / BSc / BTech in Industrial Engineering or related field (Degree preferred, BTech only with suitable seniority and expertise)
