Accountable for achieving the Group’s Client Portfolio Target, by:
Drive performance within a sales team (5-10 people) to deliver against RM sales targets Ensure that Sales processes are complete and adhered to, & service processes and that target tracking is kept up to date Identify shortfalls in the sales process and help improve efficiency and productivity Track key productivity metrics and manage the team against key outcomes.
