  WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR  The purpose of the job is to take responsibility for all propellant and liner formulations used in rocket motors or base bleed propellants both for composite propellants as well as for Cross Linked Double Base (XLDB) propellants. Will work closely with the responsible quality assurance and propellant production staff as well as the rocket engineer to ensure propellant formulations are manufactured according to mixing sheets and to ensure final propellant will comply to burn rate and mechanical specifications.
