Job Title: Growth Product Manager Experience: 3 to 5 Years Role Objective We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead audience-facing and internal products for our digital media platforms. You will work at the intersection of editorial, technology, data, and business, owning product strategy and execution to drive reach, engagement, retention, and revenue while upholding editorial trust and quality. Key Responsibilities: Identify growth opportunities across content, distribution, engagement, and monetisation. Translate business goals (reach, engagement, revenue) into clear product outcomes and KPIs. Deep understanding of consumer behaviour across platforms (web, apps, AMP,, social). Use quantitative data (traffic, cohorts, funnels) and qualitative insights (user research, newsroom feedback). Track media trends: AI in newsrooms, platform algorithm changes, subscription fatigue.
