Robert Half is seeking an experienced Georgia Trusts & Estates / Probate Attorney to support the development of Practical Guidance, an online legal research and drafting resource for practicing attorneys. This contract role involves drafting, editing, and annotating practical guidance content and forms related to Georgia trust and estate law
Pay Rate: $40-42/hour

Location: Home-based (Georgia)

Duration: 3 months

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 5–15 hours per week


Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft and annotate pleadings and other documents related to Georgia probate administration

+ Draft, review, and revise practical guidance articles focusing on Trusts & Estates topics

+ Create checklists, charts, and other step-by-step “how-to” guidance for practitioners
