4. Organization development;
5. Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees;
6. Employee onboarding, development and training;
7. Policy development and documentation;
8. Employee relations;
9. Company employee and community communication;
10. Compensation, payroll and benefits administration;
11. Employee services and counseling.
Candidate Prerequisites:
1. Minimum 3 years in a as an HR Manager.
2. Extensive experience in recruiting in retail or manufacturing sectors
