Developing lesson plans and activities to improve listening, speaking, and pronunciation skills. Conduct engaging and interactive spoken English classes for students. Use innovative teaching methods, including role-playing, storytelling, and group discussions. Conduct regular assessments to track students' progress and providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with school education department to integrate spoken English into regular curriculum activities. Maintain records of students' attendance, performance, and participation. Conducting spoken English classes for project staff, volunteers in the project office. Supporting in project activities when there are holidays in the school.
