The Proposals & Process manager is responsible for the activities associated with the development of proposals and process for water and wastewater projects. This role works independently to develop proposal and process outlines, compliance matrixes, proposal and process schedules, and provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams assigned to work proposal efforts. The Proposals & Process manager ensures that the proposal and process response is compliant, compelling, and completed on schedule. They will review proposals, providing guidance and recommendations, and editing sections as appropriate
