Any Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in handling BPO Training ( Process )


Process for reputed BPO companies, Knowledge on Banking Collections & Sales would be an Added Advantage / Preferable



The candidate must be fluent in English with( Telugu / Hindi )



The candidate must have thorough understanding of BPO Training process, Modules and training methodology



The candidate should be well versed with Training Techniques and provide Training on Batch wise

The Candidate should be able to handle 20 - 30 Trainee batches



The candidate should be able to independently improve the Training performance



The candidate must be good in PPT and Excel
