A good capable cook / chef is required for a privately owned Estate in Scotland. Cooking for family and guests, but really good quality food is required, and good presentation. It is important the chef is capable and experienced, and has done jobs like this before - and happy to follow the clients requests and likes/dislikes. It is also essential you are happy working in a team and get on well with the long term family staff members.

To do breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and 3 course dinners for approx. 12-14 people.
