This is a key specialist role within People Services, offering the opportunity to lead, influence and improve Agenda for Change Job Evaluation across a large and complex NHS organisation.
As Job Evaluation Lead, you will be the goto expert for Agenda for Change job evaluation, working closely with managers, HR colleagues and staffside representatives. You will ensure job evaluation outcomes are fair, consistent, timely and fully aligned with national guidance supporting organisational integrity while building trust and confidence with our workforce.
