The Community Sales Manager must believe in, practice and initiate all Green Brick Partners values set forth in an acronym we call HOME. They must be honest, objective, mature and efficient in how he or she approaches their role at Green Brick Partners.

To sell new homes for profit and provide excellent service to all of our prospects and customers.

• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company, and himself/herself in a professional manner at all times (even through social marketing efforts) as required by Trophy Signature Homes
