A Job Coach is an individual who helps people with disabilities learn the specific requirements of the job, learn work-related activities and requirements, and learn appropriate workplace behaviors. Schedules may vary with per diem hours (0 to 30 hours per week) depending on the volume of Job Coach Requests and the Job Coach’s availability.
