As a Technical Advisor, you’ll be part of a growing team and you’ll provide expert advice to our customers remotely. You will be the go‑to expert for customers seeking remote fixes, utilising customer provided symptoms, historical data, connected car data and diagnostics log files to support the business by only sending patrols to where they are needed.
