Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Jira Admin for their Foster City, CA/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Jira & Tooling Support: Serve as a primary support for the Autonomy team’s Jira and Confluence environments. Assist technical teams with the configuration of Jira projects, optimizing and defining new workflows, custom fields, screen schemes, and permission schemes. Automate and integrate Jira with developer tools. Champion and provide guidance on best practices for Jira hygiene and usage across all engineering teams. Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues related to Jira and the associated tool. Assist engineering teams in Jira adoption.
