You will be responsible for the full cycle of manufacturing equipment management at a mass-production facility for analog semiconductor devices — from equipment introduction and **maintenance** to technical development aimed at improving productivity.

**Job description:**

+ **Equipment Introduction & Maintenance** : Oversee specification selection, installation planning, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment, including lithography, etching, deposition, ion implantation, epitaxial, thermal diffusion, cleaning, test probe, metrology tools, autonomous mobile robots (AMR), and collaborative robots (Cobot).
+ **Maximizing Uptime & Preventive Maintenance** : Develop preventive maintenance plans; investigate root causes of unexpected failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (including change proposals and execution).
