Key responsibilities 重要职责通过RDPAC考试认证达到所辖区域内业务目标; 有效执行公司的市场策略,促进公司产品的市场占有率持续健康的提高;负责对大区市场进行分析, 提出可行有效且符合合规规定的业务以及市场战略;建立一支有凝聚力, 有竞争力和以业绩为导向的业务团队;保证团队的成员遵守公司各项规章制度,与公司合规团队积极配合,强化合规意识,及时发现并且纠正不合规的行为,对不合规的行为决不妥协。1.
