1. 协助健身中心日常运营，包括会员接待、场地引导及器械使用指导；
2. 参与组织团体课程辅助工作，配合教练完成课前准备与课后整理；
3. 支持健康数据登记、活动宣传物料整理及客户反馈信息收集等基础行政事务；
4. 在带教导师指导下学习运动康复基础知识、体测流程及客户服务规范。

1. 高校在读学生，专业不限，体育教育、运动康复、健康管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识，能适应轮班制工作安排；
3. 身体健康，无妨碍从事健身服务工作的传染性疾病或严重功能障碍；
4. 遵守职业操守，尊重不同背景的会员，不因民族、性别、宗教信仰等因素区别对待；
5. 能提供有效学生身份证明，实习期不少于三个月。
