1. 制定并执行年度运营计划，统筹会员服务、课程安排、教练管理及场地运维等日常管理工作；
2. 负责团队建设与人员带教，指导前台、教练、巡场等一线岗位员工提升服务标准与专业能力；
3. 监控经营数据（如会员续费率、课消率、投诉处理及时率等），定期分析运营状况并提出优化建议；
4. 组织开展市场推广活动与会员关怀项目，协同品牌方推进合作落地，提升客户满意度与品牌影响力；
5. 严格执行安全生产与合规管理制度，落实消防、器械安全、卫生防疫等各项规范要求。

1. 大专及以上学历，体育管理、工商管理、市场营销等相关专业优先；
2. 具有3年及以上健身行业运营管理或连锁门店管理经验，具备独立带团队经历者优先；
3. 熟悉健身行业运营逻辑、主流课程体系及会员生命周期管理方法；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、数据分析意识和问题解决能力；
5. 持有国家认可的健身教练资格证书（如国职证）或相关管理类认证者优先；
6. 遵守劳动法律法规，尊重多元背景求职者，无就业歧视性倾向。
