This role is client-facing, and the Account Executive will be responsible for all the day to day operations on their assigned jewelry accounts, which include some of the most well known names in the jewelry industry. The role will involve managing client orders, ensuring seamless communication between clients and production teams, managing jewelry repair and custom orders, and coordinating the shipment and return of products.
