Role Overview We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Jewellery Store Team Member to deliver exceptional service and support daily store operations. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products Achieve individual and store sales targets Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise revenue Store Presentation Maintain high visual merchandising standards (e.g., peg displays, gondolas, counters) Ensure all jewellery is displayed neatly, safely, and attractively Restock and rotate products as needed Operations & POS Handling Operate POS system for billing and transactions Handle cash, card payments, and refunds accurately Assist with opening and closing procedures Inventory Support Assist with stock receiving, tagging, and p...
