We’re seeking operators to join our team. In this role, you will work in our state-of-the-art processing plant where you could operate and maintain machinery, package, label, box, cut product, and/or unrack product to ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare these products for shipping. You don’t have to love turkey to fit in here, but you do have to be a dependable team player. If you’re looking to grow your career while working with a fun group of people, then this position might be for you!

What you will do:
● Learn and perform all aspects required for the Oven Department.
● Meet certification standards set by the company.
● Read and understand charts and oven data.
● Work around chemicals.
● A good understanding of mathematics and computers.
