Project support / pre‑sales & after sales. Responsible for analyzing customer’s project requirements, completing site survey and project design, developing technical solutions and bidding documents, developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling presentation and proof of concept demonstrations. In some cases, providing projects after‑sales when it is required.
Technical support: Responsible for responding to customers’ technical problems in a timely manner, coordinating internal and external resources, and giving continuous follow-up and solution.
Customer development: Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process, assist sales to complete important customer visits. Understand customer pain points, convert user needs into business opportunities, and finally implement solutions and generate orders.
