Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly hands-on Solution Architect / Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the modernization / upgrade of a large-scale Hospital Management System that has evolved over more than 20 years. The ideal candidate will be a strong full-stack engineer with deep expertise in Java enterprise applications, modern React-based frontend development, Oracle databases, and cloud-native development practices.
This individual will own the technical architecture while remaining actively involved in development, prototyping, code reviews, and mentoring the engineering team throughout the multi-year modernization journey.
