Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary: $20–$24 an hour (or $20–$25 based on experience)

Job Type: Full‑time (40 hours per week), year‑around

Schedule: Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Duties and Expectations:

• Plan & execute dining service with team members
• Ensure communication between all front‑of‑house staff
• Uphold high standards of service
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation practices for dining service
• Hire, schedule, coach, and mentor floor staff
• Create & execute bar menus, including ordering and tracking inventory
• Close or open the restaurant to standards set out by management
