Pine Bungalows – Front Office Manager (Seasonal)

Property: 52 cabins & 16 hotel rooms on the Athabasca River, Jasper National Park.

Position: Temporary, Seasonal, Full‑time (March 2026 – November 2026).

Responsibilities

• Lead front office staff – hiring, training, motivation.
• Maintain exceptional guest service and front‑desk administration.
• Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and third parties.
• Enforce hotel policies and departmental procedures.
• Document and resolve guest complaints promptly; follow up with departments.
• Monitor WebRez availability and Extranet systems to maximize revenue and ADR.
• Process all accounts – invoicing, chasing, payment processing.
• Assist group sales: processing enquiries, contracting, pre‑stay administration, hosting groups.
• Close management of labour budget via scheduling; cover shifts adequately.
