The Plant Growth Technician (Gardener) participates in the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of cannabis plants, as well as other related tasks, applying knowledge of environmental systems and working in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health Canada guidelines. These activities take place indoors, and certain aspects involve physical demands.
