- Provide daily Japanese-Indonesian interpretation support between Japanese expatriate and local staff - Support interpretation during internal meetings, remote meetings, and discussions with related departments - Accompany Japanese expatriate during client visits and business activities when necessary - Translate simple documents, emails, and internal communications if required - Handle general affairs duties such as attendance management, payroll support, and petty cash management - Coordinate administrative matters related to office operations and Japanese expatriate support - Support communication and coordination between management and local employees - Perform other assigned tasks related to interpretation and general affairs
