MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Chef in our Japanese restaurant, you will be responsible for creating authentic Japanese cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating various types of sushi and sashimi, including nigiri, maki, and specialty rolls
- Preparing and cooking hot dishes including ramen, udon, tempura, and bento box items
- Managing daily food preparation and cooking operations in the kitchen
- Supervising and coordinating with the kitchen hand for ingredient preparation and kitchen cleanliness
