McDonald’s Clean Crew – Janitor


The Job

Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and ready for every customer. You’ll handle daily cleaning, trash, restocking, and quick fixes so the team can focus on serving great food fast.


What You’ll Do

+ Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and outside spaces.

+ Empty trash, recycle, and keep the parking lot clear.

+ Spot and report (or fix) small maintenance issues.

+ Help the crew during busy times when needed.

+ Some preventative maintenance items (small equipment, rooftops, landscaping)

What You Need

+ Reliable and ready to work.

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet.

+ Flexible schedule: mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.

+ No experience required—we’ll train you.
