Description
We’re supporting a Minnesota-based client with occasional IT needs and are looking for someone who has schedule flexibility and wants to pick up supplemental work.


This role is ad hoc and on demand. You may be called in for onsite support when needed, including after hours. Examples include helping with Windows updates or responding to critical issues that need immediate attention.

What you’d help with

• Onsite IT support as needs arise

• Windows updates and general system maintenance

• Troubleshooting urgent issues impacting systems or products

• Basic support across servers, firewalls, and Windows OS

What we’re looking for

• General hands-on knowledge of servers, firewalls, and Windows environments

• Comfortable providing support outside regular business hours when required

• Able to work independently and respond quickly
