Amentum is seeking a dynamic **Posture and Plans Analyst** to provide research, planning and analysis support to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Support USINDOPACOM with a comprehensive and integrated analysis of plans, concepts, assessments of all operational aspects of war plans and the operations, action and investments (OAIs) contributing to their overall synchronization. This analysis will inform adaptive planning and will provide recommendations and address gaps and shortfalls in current force posture and planning. Additionally, this candidate will support analysis that shapes theater assessments, plans assessment, and coordinating actions regarding CONPLAN/OPLAN/Posture Plan development.
+ Demonstrate relevant technical skills to leverage emerging technologies and tools for Posture planning.
