Duties & Responsibilities:
Set clear production goals, plans and strategies communicate to key personnel and ensure the goals are clearly understood and strategies are implemented in timely manner to meet product delivery with the quality specification.
Liaise with all parties to optimize the production records and checklist which include manpower management, materials, facilities, machineries and quality, delivery on time and to standard required.
People management, plan and monitor the production floor to meet the timely production and output to meet customer’s requirement.
Ensure all appointed employees are qualified and GMP practices, discipline and safety are always practiced in production areas and processes.
Investigate issues, implement solutions and actions for the prevention of incidents related to products, processes and quality systems.
Liaise with all parties to continuously review the practices to optimize production efficiency.
