The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective and existing patients, explaining fertility treatment options, coordinating with doctors, and ensuring a smooth patient journey throughout the IVF process. Qualification Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred) Excellent communication and counselling skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email) Fluency in Hindi and English Experience 1–5 years of experience in IVF, Healthcare, Hospital, Fertility, or Medical Counselling Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries.
