Responsible for the construction and operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure in the office and covered areas, including computer room engineering, structured cabling, installation, debugging and operation and maintenance of network equipment and servers, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system;
Responsible for the installation, distribution of office terminals such as computers and printers, as well as the detection and resolution of daily hardware problems and desktop issues;
Responsible for providing 7*24 global IT technical support services to global office users, and familiar with ITSM systems and ITIL-related processes;
Responsible for writing IT support technical documents, building an IT knowledge base, and promoting the standardization of IT services; regularly summarize IT technical support issues and output reports, and promote the optimization and improvement of IT service quality.
