Applied Innovation is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused ITT Coordinator to support the success of our national dealer network and internal service operations.

This role is responsible for coordinating service contract between Applied Innovation and our dealer partners, both inbound and outbound, maintaining accurate system data, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through timely communication and follow-through.  The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and demonstrates strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.This position reports to the National Accounts Manager and is based out of our Grand Rapids headquarters. This is an onsite position with standard working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:
