Lead and coordinate the ITS team of 30 colleagues in Manchester
Management responsibility for all ITS functions – technical support, training, repairs, spare part source and supply, sales and marketing support, structured in 4 departments with individual department heads
Drive marketing and customer relationship in close collaboration with local sales teams
Direct customer contact (customer visits, job-site audits, tender negotiation meetings supporting the TK Field Organizations)
Develop Technology solutions in the Area of ITS Service R&D
Conduct internal and external events by hosting customer tours and promotional visits at ITS Manchester facility
Responsibility for the ITS Manchester budget and managing the financing of the services
