Job Description - Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions to meet client requirements.
- Configure and manage Discovery (MID Servers, schedules, credential management, patterns) and ensure reliable CI population.
- Establish and maintain CMDB governance and data quality, including CI class modeling, relationships, lifecycle, and data standards.
