An ITOM (IT Operations Management) Developer and Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) designs, implements, and integrates ITOM solutions to provide end to end visibility, automation, and operational efficiency across IT infrastructure and services.



Key Responsibilities

ITOM Development

" Design, configure, and customize ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, AIOps, Cloud Observability)

" Develop scripts, workflows, and automation using platform-native tools (e.g., scripts, flows, orchestration)

" Optimize CI/CD pipelines for ITOM-related deployments

" Implement health dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics

Integrations

" Design and implement bi-directional integrations with:

o Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus) ...
